Get involved with our Being Well While Black advocacy efforts in your local area.
We prepare women to work from home serving their communities
in critical disease prevention, and public and community health positions.
We equip women with technology, communication, leadership, and cultural competency skills.
We engage in proprietary and collaborative research efforts that enhance best practices and outcomes for public and community health.
Our cultural, linguistic, socioeconomic, and educational competencies
combine with our lived and professional experiences to deliver superior health and wellness messaging and interventions.
One of our current focus areas is COVID-19 responses with a focus on Black and Latine communities, and their schools and employers.
ElevateHER is a Black Female-led not-for-profit organization based in Maryland.
We train Black and Latine women to deliver culturally competent services and support as Community Health Workers in a variety of settings and sectors
We customize wellness, safety and crisis management programs for schools and workplaces.
We advance data-driven advocacy by community groups that is rooted in the lived experiences of Black and Latine community groups
Well-being starts from within ElevateHER and the health of our own team. Our culture and ethos are designed to be the kind of workplace of which Black and Latine women have always dreamed.
We honor our cultural identities and created uniqueness.
We operate at the pace of grace and with the fierce urgency of now.
We lead by example by investing in our own health and well-being.
That was the call to action when a group of committed Black women came together in 2020 to launch this extraordinary effort to deliver culturally competent community healthcare during the coronavirus pandemic.
Since then, our team members and Advisors are blessed to have helped a range of individuals and client organizations in and serving Black and Latine communities stay informed and safe during the pandemic.
